Nostrovia Brewing Co has embarked on the most integral part of opening so far; building our own brewing equipment! The steel sheets have arrived and the plans have been drawn up for us to start putting together our fermentors and other brewing tanks.
This will be just one more unique part about your first visit to Nostrovia Brewing Co. Everywhere you look inside our brewpub, you will find a piece of handcrafted hardware used to craft the brew in your hand. We are very excited about this beginning process and could not wait to give our loyal followers a sneak peak at the process.
